Build Projects With Precision
Precision is a specialized project manager designed specifically to handle all aspects related to the planning, execution, and delivery of any infrastructure project in a single tool, facilitating collaboration with other stakeholders.
The planning system
Precision has a complete budget system. It follows P.M.I. (Project Management Institute) philosophy. The base of budgets are activities composed by U.P.A. (unitary price analysis).
However, the software goes beyond this, as every item of the budget (resources, equipment, foreign currencies, human resources, and global resources) can be composed and treated as a U.P.A., allowing the budgets to be as complex as reality demands.
The software keeps track of the amount needed for every item, so users can analyze the first approach of the project and detect any possible mistakes. This feature also gives the user a first view of the project requirements.
Human resources management
The software has an innovative way of managing human resources. Every worker used in a project is seen as a composed item. Using a minimum wedge multiplier and other components, it allows each labour resource to be managed as a cost.
The budget system possesses many reports. Among others, the software tracks items with null price, activities with invalid/null component quantity, and identifies activities containing a particular item. This feature can be handy to obtain a budget without gaps.
There is a 100% warranty of budget consistency; if the user changes any price or quantity, the software recalculates the budget and shows the new total cost of the project.

To achieve efficient and effective execution, our team developed the concept of Intelligent Formats. As stated above, they manage the project data. During execution, every movement of resources, equipment, currencies, human resources, global resources and outsourced activities will be captured and processed by intelligent formats. This processed data will show how the project is being executed. The software allows you to compare planned results with those executed. Additionally, this process allows the health of the project to be determined.

Reports can display the evolution of the project by just looking at them. The user involved, or any authorized users, can see how this project section is executed. Other kind of formats aren't used for work. However, any stakeholder can use these formats to observe the evolution of the project and have a first view which is very helpful for making decisions, if needed. The software will save all information introduced by Intelligent Formats in databases. During execution, if problems arise, authorized users or stakeholders can browse into the saved information and search for it’s causes.

Precision manages staff participation in accordance with their role in project execution. Thanks to Intelligent Formats, these processes can be customized, requiring each participant to fulfill only their role. What makes Precision an organizational tool. The software supports project customization by allowing users to assign one or more roles to team members based on the specific needs of the project. While the project is in progress, Precision manages the team using a task management system that allocates responsibilities at appropriate times. This enhances teamwork, communication, and the flow of information throughout the project. The pending system enables users to work on multiple projects at the same time. It displays tasks that need to be completed and facilitates their execution, thereby enhancing overall performance. Additionally, supervisors can review their team's work and reassign tasks as necessary.

Throughout operations, our system captures and processes every transfer of resources, equipment, currencies, personnel, global resources, and outsourced activities using intelligent formats. The software will save all the information introduced by these Formats in databases. During execution, if problems arise, authorized users or stakeholders can browse into the saved information and search for it’s causes.

Precision enables the project to be rescheduled effectively. If, during execution, users choose or are compelled to make changes, the program adjusts accordingly and recalculates the new duration, cost, and requirements of the project. Furthermore, the program keeps a comparison between the original plan and the actual execution, including any rescheduling, to clearly demonstrate the results achieved by the end of the project.

After finalizing the budget and schedule, Precision presents users with a detailed plan for utilizing various resources, including supplies, labor, equipment, and finances. This enables users to prepare for the project and project expenses over time. Furthermore, when changes or rescheduling occur during execution, the program detects these modifications and automatically recalculates the necessary resources. In addition, Precision includes a resource forecasting system that helps you anticipate your needs for future periods.

Precision utilizes a subcontracting system that supports various stages of project management. During the planning phase, the system enables the simulation of contracts and highlights any changes made to the project. In the execution phase, it allows users to send invitations to different bidders, compare their proposals, and monitor the contract's implementation by gathering all necessary data required for final settlement.

The European Technical Information Model (ETIM) is a classification system that organizes and shares technical information about products. It is an open and free standard designed to eliminate ambiguities in the exchange of product characteristics. Precision databases incorporate ETIM coding, making it easier for users to interact with the entire construction community, including builders, contractors, suppliers, and others.
